“Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.”
—Proverbs 31:28
Hey woman—pause.
Take a deep breath.
Lift your head.
Shake off the weight, the noise, the fear.
Because this is about you.
Yes—you.
Not a version of you that’s perfect.
Not the you after life finally slows down.
Not you in some distant future.
You. Right now. As you are.
THIS IS YOU, EVEN HERE
This is you—even if you are still single and praying for your husband.
Even if the world tells you to settle, compromise, give up.
Even if your heart has been broken, bruised, or tired of waiting.
This is you—even if you are married and walking through the shadows.
Even if things feel distant, even if love feels strained, even if joy has become quiet.
Even if you are the only one still fighting for your home.
This is you—even if you are raising children on your own.
Even if you feel exhausted, unseen, or unappreciated.
Even if you wonder if you’re doing enough.
This is you—even if your bank account says “lack” and your heart says “empty.”
Even if you’re questioning your strength, your purpose, your capacity to keep going.
Still—this is you.
Because in the beginning, it was not so.
This chaos? This struggle?
It wasn’t God’s original plan.
He designed you for rhythm.
For strength.
For fruitfulness.
For honour.
YOU ARE CALLED BLESSED
Your children arise and call you blessed.
Your husband also, and he praises you.
Even if they haven’t said it out loud yet—
The Word has already spoken it over you.
You are capable of love.
You are capable of being loved well.
You are capable of being chosen for the right reasons.
So don’t let fear be your language.
Don’t let loneliness write your story.
There is a man whose spirit is aligned with your assignment.
A man who will see you, cover you, and cherish you.
But first, woman of honour—align your soul.
Stand in wholeness.
Heal deeply.
Love yourself without condition.
And walk in faith like you’re expecting what God already prepared.
Your Boaz is not late.
You are not forgott
WOMAN, GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO LIVE
Take a deep breath.
Say it out loud:
“I am ready to live my best life.”
Not later.
Now.
Give yourself permission to thrive.
To shine.
To laugh again.
To rest.
To try.
To start over if you need to.
To receive the goodness of God without guilt.
You don’t need to earn what He already called yours.
AND YOU, WOMAN IN THE STORM…
If your relationship is dangerous,
If your life is in jeopardy,
Leave.
This is not abandonment.
This is survival.
This is wisdom.
This is righteousness.
You are not called to be a sacrifice for someone else’s brokenness.
You are called to live.
But if your marriage is just in a difficult season—
If you’re both hurting, but still present—
If the walls can still be rebuilt—
Fight.
Get help.
Speak up.
Unmask the shame.
Don’t let silence become the story that destroys your home.
Remember: The people you’re hiding from will find out anyway if it all falls apart.
So stop being afraid of appearances.
Start fighting for truth, for healing, for the love that can be restored.
Your family is worth the battle.
Just make sure you’re fighting the real enemy—
The one who came to kill your joy, steal your peace, and destroy your legacy.
You were never meant to fight each other.
You were meant to stand together.
WOMAN, EVEN IN THE HARVEST — STAY PLANTED
Maybe all is well.
Your marriage is thriving.
Your children are healthy.
Your home is peaceful.
Praise God for that.
But even in the calm—don’t coast.
You have work to do.
What are you doing with what God gave you?
Are you teaching your children the fear of the Lord?
Are you raising them to rise up and call you blessed?
Are you sowing truth into their souls, or just survival into their days?
How about your husband—do you love him like a queen who knows she’s married to a king?
Do you honour him with your words, your presence, your prayer?
Do you create the kind of home that makes heaven feel near?
Don’t just have the blessing—live it well.
WALK IN YOUR BLESSING
Hey woman, you are blessed.
Not just theoretically.
Not conditionally.
Not one day.
Now.
So live it.
Speak it.
Walk in it like it’s written on your skin.
Declare it over your life daily:
I am full of wisdom, strength, and grace.
Everything concerning my family and home is aligned with God’s purpose.
I am favoured, anointed, and equipped to live out God’s best for my life.
I lack nothing. I fear nothing. I am not behind. I am not disqualified.
I am in sync with heaven’s timing.
My children are blessed.
They are taught of the Lord.
They walk in obedience, wisdom, and favour.
I am a godly mother, equipped to nurture them in the Word.
They will arise and call me blessed.
My husband is blessed to have me.
I am a blessing to him.
He is a man of integrity.
He covers me with love, leads with wisdom, and honours me with joy.
Together, we are building a kingdom legacy.
I am a queen, and I honour my king.
Our home is covered in peace.
Our future is secure in Christ.
It’s true!
You are not forgotten.
You are not too late.
You are not second-best.
You are not too broken.
You are a woman of honour.
A woman of substance.
A woman of legacy.
God has already spoken the blessing over you.
Now it’s time to live like it’s true.
Speak it.
Walk it.
Raise your head and let it echo in every corner of your life:
Hey woman, you are blessed.
